How do I order custom cleats?
Pick a design in our shop, choose your size and check out. Want something fully personal? Contact us with your idea and we'll follow up by email to confirm the details and price before we start.
Can I design my own cleats?
Yes! Contact us with your colors, design ideas, any name or number, and inspiration photos. Every fully custom pair is priced by its design, materials and work required, and we'll confirm your quote before production begins.
Can I send my own shoes or cleats to customize?
Yes. Choose the custom option for your own shoes or cleats in our shop. After your purchase, we'll send you a shipping label so you can ship your pair to us. When it's finished, we ship it back to you, usually within 2–4 weeks.
Do you make kids' and toddler customs?
Of course. Youth and toddler sizes are available in each product's size options. Not sure which size to pick? Send us a message and we'll help.
How much do customs cost?
Shop designs are priced on each product page. Fully custom pairs vary in price depending on complexity, materials and the work required to complete them.
How long will it take to get my order?
Every pair is hand-crafted to order in our Houston, Texas studio. Please allow 3–6 weeks from the date your order is placed for your pair to be completed and shipped, including customization, finishing and quality checks.

- Production and shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed
- Carrier delays are outside our control
Can I get my order sooner?
Yes. Expedited production is available for orders needed in under 2 weeks, for an additional $150. Rush availability depends on our current schedule, so please contact us before placing your order to confirm your date.
Where do you ship, and how much is shipping?
We're based in Houston, Texas, and we ship anywhere.
- United States: $10 flat rate
- International: $60 flat rate
Shipping is added at checkout. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees set by the destination country; these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
How do I track my order?
We'll email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check your status anytime on our Order Tracking page.
Are the cleats authentic?
Yes. We customize authentic footwear. Icy Customs LLC is an independent custom studio and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Nike, Jordan, Adidas or any other brand.
Will my custom design last?
Every pair is prepped, customized with premium leather paints and finishes, and sealed, so it's made to be worn, not just displayed. Like any cleat, normal wear can show over time on the field, so a little care goes a long way.
How do I take care of my customs?
- Wipe them clean with a soft, damp cloth after games
- Let them air dry away from direct heat
- Don't put them in the washer or dryer
- Avoid harsh chemicals and scrubbing the painted areas
What payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and all major debit and credit cards.
Are returns or refunds allowed?
Because every pair is made to order, all sales are final after purchase. We don't accept returns, refunds or exchanges. If you have a question about your order, reach out and we'll take care of you.
