All products sold by Icy Customs are custom-made to order. Once payment has been successfully authorized and confirmed, orders enter our production process.

Processing Time:
Orders require approximately 2–3 weeks (14–21 business days) to be completed before shipping. This timeframe includes customization, finishing, and quality checks.

Shipping Time:
Once shipped from Houston, Texas, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the customer’s location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
