All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Exceptions

We will only offer a replacement or refund if:

  • The item arrives damaged due to shipping, or
  • The item received is incorrect compared to the order confirmation

To request support:

  • Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos of the issue must be provided

Non-Returnable Items Include:

  • Custom-designed footwear
  • Personalized or made-to-order products
  • Items damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper care

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
