Can i provide my shoes/cleats for customization?

Yes you may, there is an option in the products section for custom shoes and cleats specifically for that. After your purchase, we will send you a shipping label for you to ship your shoes, for us to work on. When finished, we will ship them back to you (2-4 weeks).

Are kids/Toddlers customs available for purchase?

Yes of course. We will have a Youth/Toddlers option under each of the products size option chart. please send us a message for any questions.

Are returns/refunds allowed?

No all sales are final after purchase. We will not be accepting returns, refunds, or exchanges after your transaction.

How much does it cost for customs?

Each custom varies in price, depending on complexity, materials, and work required to complete it.

How long will it take?

Orders will be shipped out 2-4 weeks after purchase. The amount of time varies on workload that we have. We will provide your tracking number through phone number or email, after your order is shipped.
